Samsung Service center in Nairobi is at JKUAT towers (formerly ICEA building), Muindi Mbingu St, Ground Floor, opposite Jamia Mosque entrance. If you bought a phone with “2 years warranty for Africa” badge, you can take it there when you face an issue covered by warranty.
