What is the difference between UAE and East Africa? John asked on November 16, 2025

The UAE option's warranty is valid in UAE/Dubai, not Kenya. This basically means the Samsung service centres in Kenya will not help you with warranty-related issues. In case you have an issue, you will have to pay to have it sorted. The local warranty (East Africa) option on the other hand will be serviced free of charge when you face a problem that is covered by warranty. The UAE option is usually cheaper than its EA counterpart.
