Which shipping methods do you use?

The shipping method that we are going to use depends on your location.  We usually send a rider with the package to customers in Nairobi and its environs. So, if you are in Kasarani, Kitengela, Rongai, UpperHill, Ngara, Embakasi, Ruaraka, Kahawa, Ruiru, Karen, Kawangware, Westlands, Umoja, Buruburu, Kayole  or in any other location around Kenya’s capital, you should expect a guy on a bike to deliver your package.

How long will it take for me to receive my package?

If you are in Nairobi, you should expect your shipment to arrive within 2 hours. However, there are certain instances where we face unpredictable challenges that may delay the arrival of your package. Please be patient. We will stay in contact throughout the process.  Please check our shipping policy for more information.

Your package should arrive within 24 hours. However, if you are in a town which is close to Nairobi such as Nakuru, Kiambu etc., you can get your package on the same day if you place your order in the morning.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. You don’t have to create an account to place an order on Gadgets Leo. We did this to make the process as easy as possible.  You can complete the whole process in a few minutes.

How do I place an order?

Once you find what you are looking for, just hit the “Buy Now” button and you will be redirected to the checkout page.  The process is pretty straight forward. You can also call or text us to place your order. We’ll start processing your order as soon as we receive it.
